TerraExplorer Viewer that runs under a SkylineGlobe web application has an API support level similar to the TerraExplorer Plus. To enable this level of API support you need to connect to a TerraGate server that runs the Internet License service.
The SkylineGlobe API level does not support ICommand calls that activate user interface tools not available in the TerraExplorer Viewer application. In other words, you can create a circle using the ICreator61.CreateCircle method but you cannot use the ICommand interface to start the circle creation and editing tool.
