Moves a coordinate a given percentage toward another coordinate.

Parameters

Position

An IPosition61 representing the coordinate towards which the selected coordinate is being moved.

Persentage

The percentage to move.

Return Value

pVal

An IPosition61 representing the new position after the move, defined by its coordinates in the  3D world.
