CreateColor

CreateColor creates a custom color by defining the red, green, blue and alpha values.

Parameters:

Red

The red component of the RGB color.

Green

The green component of the RGB color.

Blue

The blue component of the RGB color.

Alpha

The alpha component.

pVal

An IColor61 representing the color created.
